In February of 2012 I participated in the March Of Dimes Benefit located at The Torpedo Factory. I created these two pieces. They are titled, Warrior Child and Giver.
HDemarino gave me a feather from her African Grey Parrot, Lorenzo. I wanted to make art and this sculpture shows his likeness. Well....her likeness. After some time it was discovered Lorenzo was a lady bird.
This sculpture was created as a Valentine's Day Gift for the year 2011. My photographer captured the photos using a lensbaby.
